Acharya Nursery school is situated on M.G.Road, Gowribidanur. We run classes for Pre Nursery, Lower Kinder Garden (with 2 Sections) and Upper Kinder Garden (with 2 Sections). We follow the traditional learning method, wehre children are offered to bring out their creativity. We have provided a garden/play area where each student is given an opportunity to refresh. We also provide ventilated, welt-lit rooms with chairs and desks.

We visualize to provide education for the poor and our mission is to provide education for all. We are trying to achieve this by provide education to the poor at an affordable cost. Sri Srinivas Iyengar was the founder of Acharya Nursery School. It was founded in the year 1981 we also have primary, High School and a series of colleges. The school is affiliated to state board.

Our nursery wing has well qualified, experienced and dedicated teaching faculty of Head Mistress, 4 Teaching staff and 2 Ayas. A child should have completed 3 years of age to admit to Pre-Nursery for the academic year applications are issued from April 10th to May 26th every year.

Our nursery school conducted Annual Day every year in the month of December/January where children take part in cultural activities. Our school also takes pride in teaching the children Sanskrit slokas, Bagavadgeeta and innovative method of teaching Kannada varnamale. Our logo contains the words “Savidyaya Vimuktaya” which means “One gets Salvation through Education”
